ITDS produces frameworks for our customers to define, procure, configure, and maintain products that aid in the transformation of their organization.  We start by gaining consensus on the definition of a product and identify all existing and prospective products that meet that criteria.  This entails identifying all technologies needed to support internal and external service offerings.   The outcome of the product development process includes current feature, 3rd party affiliates, and future enhancements that are prioritized by business value.
